Coronavirus (COVID-19): A note to our customers
We’re still delivering to our customers safely via various hauliers and our own delivery drivers. Since the latest Government advice, we’ve had to make a few changes. All orders are typically delivered within 1 week from receipt of order, however during this time due to UK-wide disruption, deliveries may take a little longer and we aim to deliver within 10 days.
- Delivery lead time is 3-5 working days on all orders.
- Price is included to mainland UK, quotations for highlands and islands available on request.
- We use a number of different hauliers and also deliver on our own vehicles. We cannot currently provide a tracking number for all orders but can accept customer enquiries by phone.
- Decorative water butt orders will be palletised kerbside deliveries. The customer being home to accept the delivery is advised but not essential.
