Do I need a soil fence?
The soil fence prevents any rodents or small animals from burrowing under and into the composter. A soil fence isn’t needed but if you have any rodents or other small animals in your area then it might be something you will need to consider.

Delivery Information
Coronavirus (COVID-19): A note to our customers
We’re still delivering to our customers safely via various hauliers and our own delivery drivers. Since the latest Government advice, we’ve had to make a few changes. All orders are typically delivered within 1 week from receipt of order, however during this time due to UK-wide disruption, deliveries may take a little longer and we aim to deliver within 10 days.
- Delivery lead time is 5-7 working days on all orders.
- Price is included to mainland UK, quotations for highlands and islands available on request.
- We use a number of different hauliers and also deliver on our own vehicles. We cannot currently provide a tracking number for all orders but can accept customer enquiries by phone.
- Decorative water butt orders will be palletised kerbside deliveries. The customer being home to accept the delivery is advised but not essential.
