This water butt brings a mediterranean feel to your garden, whilst allowing you to harvest rainwater for your garden. Due to the unique manufacturing process, each of these tanks are a unique lifelike replica of a genuine terracotta vase. This water butt features a fixed planter cup in the top, which when lined with the geotextile fleece allows the planted area to also catch rainwater which is collected in the tank below. The high quality threaded tap hole in the front of the tank makes the tap installation easy for you, with the water below the tap level serving as a stable base. These water butts can easily be installed to any downpipe, brightening up your garden.

Helpful information on installing your downpipe

  • The water butts do not come predrilled. This product is very easy to use and can be drilled in by anyone. Simply attach the drill bit onto your drill and begin drilling – remember you must drill the hole in the water butt at the same level as the hole in the downpipe!
  • As long as the holes drilled in both the water butt and the downpipe are level, the water butt will continue down the downpipe when the water butt is full.

 

Delivery Requirements – Please read before ordering!

Due to its size, this item will be delivered on a pallet by one of our haulage companies. They utilise vehicles that are usually larger than a standard courier van.  If you think that our couriers may have difficulty accessing your delivery address, please kindly state this in the delivery instructions, and a member of our team will contact you to make appropriate alternative arrangements.

If you won’t be present to receive your delivery, please ensure that you designate a safe place for the item to be left. Without these instructions, we will be unable to complete the delivery in your absence.

Our haulier will deliver your water butt to your doorstep. Unfortunately, they will not be able to enter the premises and place the water butt wherever you may specifically require it.

Each water butt arrives on a pallet. Our haulier will not be able to remove this once they have delivered the water butt.

A note to our customers

All of our orders are typically delivered within 1 week from receipt of order, however during this time due to UK-wide disruption, deliveries may take a little longer and we aim to deliver within 10 days.

  • Delivery lead time is 5-7 working days on all orders.
  • Price is included to mainland UK, quotations for highlands and islands available on request.
  • We use a number of different hauliers and also deliver on our own vehicles.  We cannot currently provide a tracking number for all orders but can accept customer enquiries by phone.
  • Decorative water butt orders will be palletised curbside deliveries.  The customer being home to accept the delivery is advised but not essential.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • In order for returns to be approved and refunded, the returns form included in the delivery must be completed.  We can send out an additional or electronic copy of the returns form upon request.

    How do you empty deJn the Garantia Antique Amphora 600 Litres Terracotta Rainwater Barrel? My current water butt has a second tap at a lower point to drain the sediment.
