Our Rapido downpipe filter is revolutionary. No need to cut your downpipe in half and take it off the wall. Simply use the hole-saw provided to drill the correct size hole in the downpipe and the tank, and our Rapido simply fits in! This solution is installed in minutes to downpipes of 70mm to 100mm diameter. All of the tools required are included in the pack (excluding the drill).

A note to our customers

All of our orders are typically delivered within 1 week from receipt of order, however during this time due to UK-wide disruption, deliveries may take a little longer and we aim to deliver within 10 days.

  • Delivery lead time is 5-7 working days on all orders.
  • Price is included to mainland UK, quotations for highlands and islands available on request.
  • We use a number of different hauliers and also deliver on our own vehicles.  We cannot currently provide a tracking number for all orders but can accept customer enquiries by phone.
  • Decorative water butt orders will be palletised curbside deliveries.  The customer being home to accept the delivery is advised but not essential.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • In order for returns to be approved and refunded, the returns form included in the delivery must be completed.  We can send out an additional or electronic copy of the returns form upon request.

    Hi I have two Garantia Dark Grey Slim Stone Wall Tanks at 300 litres each with a diverter. To shut off the water flow from the downpipe to the tank, which direction must the arrow on the diverter point? It’s not at all clear. Thanks.

    Is the diverter and associated kit suitable for fitting to a cast iron downpipe? Will the cutter provided cut cast iron or will I need to buy a different fit for purpose cutter? If so what size? Can the diverter head be attached to a cast iron pipe with the screws provided and maintain a water tight seal? Thank you.

      We can provide extra hose for you once your order is placed. Please send request to info@garantiauk.co.uk.

      Saying that: the longer the pipe it gets, the heavier it gets, the risk is that it will bow bend (the water will sit there) we avoid that as we want to make the distance as short as possible. There’s also the risk of the water sitting in the hose and freezing during the winter. Please take this into consideration before ordering.

    I’m about to order the grey slim Waterbury £199 plus the rapids diverted £49 x 2 sets. How long is the pipe on the diverted to the water butt? Im not sure if length and want to make sure it’s going to reach
