A note to our customers

All of our orders are typically delivered within 1 week from receipt of order, however during this time due to UK-wide disruption, deliveries may take a little longer and we aim to deliver within 10 days.

  • Delivery lead time is 5-7 working days on all orders.
  • Price is included to mainland UK, quotations for highlands and islands available on request.
  • We use a number of different hauliers and also deliver on our own vehicles.  We cannot currently provide a tracking number for all orders but can accept customer enquiries by phone.
  • Decorative water butt orders will be palletised curbside deliveries.  The customer being home to accept the delivery is advised but not essential.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • In order for returns to be approved and refunded, the returns form included in the delivery must be completed.  We can send out an additional or electronic copy of the returns form upon request.

2 Questions about THERMO-KING composter 600 litres

    We purchased the Garantia Thermo King 600 about 2-3 years ago – well pleased with the item. However, over this last winter, during the storms the lid was blown open thus destroying the plastic hinge of the lid. It was not until after the storm that on examination I found the hinge basically destroyed – that half of the lid could now not be secured. I am also of the opinion, from this examination, that the lid hinge was the weakest link of this compositor bearing in mind the size and the weight of the lid + the wind strength.     Hello, is this completely sealed from rats? And how long does it take to create compost in this hot bin? And fir the compost do you need anything other than garden and organic waste? Thank you Kerina
